Timothèe Chalamet, vincitore del premio come miglior attore di Musical

Assegnati questa notte a Beverly Hills i premi Golden Globe, il premio della stampa americana ai migliori film e serie tv dell'anno. Protagonisti per l'ambito cinematografico a sorpresa Hannet - Nel nome del figlio, che vince il premio più ambito per il miglior film drammatico. Il film parla della morte per peste del figlio di Shakespeare e della tragedia vissuta dalla moglie Agnes . Una battaglia dopo l'altra (storia di un gruppo rivoluzionario anni '70) invece vince non a sorpresa, il premio per il miglior film Musical o commedia, il cui protagonista, Leonardo di Caprio ha dovuto accettare di veder premiato al suo posto Timothée Chalamet, vincitore del premio come miglior attore in Marty Supreme, che si ispira alla storia vera di un giocatore di tennistavolo .

Tra i premiati per le Serie TV il vincitore indiscusso è Adolescence , la serie Netflix che racconta di un omicidio tra adolescenti che si porta a casa ben quattro statuette  .
